My father tried to teach me how to make Pico de Gallo [or whatever] tonight. Have discovered three important things whilst making said salsa:

1. Am v. sensitive to onions.
2. Cilantro is my favorite herb.
3. That Pampered Chef chopper thing really sucks.

Awww. I love the Pampered Chef chopper! Well, once I get it put together, that is. :)

It's okay, but when I was chopping the tomatoes they kept flying out and getting smushed on my white shirt...which is now a tye-dyed pink. The Pampered Chef Orange Peeler works a lot better. ;)
